REGISTRATION:
Registrations are only accepted in writing. Please use the provided form for it.
Every registration is binding.
Since we can only teach a limited number of participants, the registration will take place in the order of arrival.
A registration confirmation will be sent immediately, subject to the No. of free places.
If the event is postponed, notification will be sent in time.

COURSE FEES:
The fees for the course include the statutory sales tax.
The amount is due no later than 30 days before the course starts.
If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation of the course and to give the place to another interested person.
The same will be applied if you don’t show up on the first course day.

PARTECIPATION:
In order to ensure that the course runs successfully, we reserve the right to refuse or exclude participants who are affected by bad behavior,
impairing the run of the course, until further notice.

WITHDRAWAL/EARLY EXIT:

After this period, a fee of 50% of the course’s costs are due. If you resign on the first day of the course, or if you do not appear, the entire course fees will be withheld. If you join later (by arrangement) or if you leave the course earlier, no discount is provided for the current course. The place of jurisdiction is Augsburg.

PRICE DEVELOPMENT:
The prerequisite for issuing a confirmation, is that the participant has at least 75% of the attended event hours. The organizer assumes no liability for personal belongings of the participants or for the documents provided. Costs for the working documents are included in the course fees. Bringing companions, animals or cameras is not permitted.

COURSE CHANGES:
The implementation of a course depends on a minimum number of participants. The organizers reserve the right to change the dates, starting times and possible cancellations of the courses. In this case, participants will be timely notified. Claims for compensation against the organizers (travel costs, time expenditure, etc.) will be rejected. The same applies to any postponements that are necessary at short notice.

PRIVACY:
All information provided by the participants will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties. Severability Clause: In the event any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that particular provision or part so found, and not the entire Agreement, will be inoperative.
